Our Story
Founded in 1975, Chris Blue Beach has been a symbol of Cyprus’ family-owned catering excellence and an icon of the Kourion beach leisure scene for nearly half a century. Passed from generation to generation, this classic establishment has stood the test of time, outlived trends, and set the standards for quality local ingredients and good honest food topped off with a warm, hospitable atmosphere.

Many of our menu ingredients are sourced locally – often only a few kilometres from the restaurant. Our meats are from local butchers, seafood from local fishermen and vegetables and fruits from our own gardens and fields – you’ll see them behind the restaurant. So we know that what we serve our customers is fresh and tasty.
